Twitter and its significant usage

Today, due to the fast pace innovation of the internet, it has been reported that more than 5 million users are joining different kinds of social networking sites. Everyday, there are different users joining different social networking sites such like Facebook and Twitter. Twitter, one of the most famous networking sites nowadays had been said increase and becoming popular all over the world. Twitter can be compared to Facebook where the users can update their status and upload photos.

After the twitter launching, it is not only typical users who used twitter but there are also various businesses and businessmen creating a twitter account. Their main goal is to market their products and services through twitter. Since we are now in the new genre, the college campuses got a new idea about tweeting as well. The so called UW-Oshkosh joined the various campuses all over the world through twitter. UW-Oshkosh reportedly has three major twitter accounts: its 1st account is for updating special events and general institutional news, the second is to promote the engage, University’s alumni magazine and the last account is the main account for the UW today. The last account’s role is to dispense news tips in every story being posted.

Despite of it, there are still lots of students who do not have their twitter account, most especially to the Oshkosh twitter pages, in fact some do not even know what the use of the twitter is and what its purposes are. But since it is friendly they are now convince to use the said social networking site. Twitter is of the best social networking sites today, through twitter you can promote whatever products you wanted to promote, and you can share photos, videos or invite friends from a special event.
