Facebook Application for Christmas

What latest facebook application is you so crazy about? I have to admit again I am the last about the internet world. Though, online games are a niche that I intend to conquer but the when is not yet set. Yes, as a normal breathing human being, we should get abreast with the latest news and fads or games that people get crazy about.

Here are the list of the events that prodded me to at least try the facebook applications.

1. The Farmtown mania hit the office long before the Michael Jackson mania hit town. Yet, I was not prodded until my nieces go crazy about it and ask my email add not for any other reason but for Farm town. Now, so here I come and got hooked with Farm town but to my disappoint it was not Farm Town that I got hooked with every morning but Farmville. There is a difference you know.

2. The next guy in town is farming already and even the normal media man plays farm town before they wrote their news for the next day. Mind you I sat down with the most popular media man in our town and to my amusement well he played farm town for an hour before starting to write the news the next day. I made sure that I visited the news stand to read his article the next day. I was just curious.

3. Facebook applications vary from mafia to the tame Cafe world and Fishville and Farm Town. Yet are these applications good for children or for adults? I have to admit that the ‘child’ in me is reawakened every time I play any of Facebook applications. As a person who studies human behavior I have to say that facebook application are good if moderately played by both adults and children.

If parents know how to handle their kids by letting them play with the game you are giving them the chance to be a child and be aware of the latest fad during their time. But overdoing is another story.

Christmas Holiday is long but with facebook in your house… daddy and the children could compete who got the highest score on a chosen facebook application. It will never be a boring holiday and that is a big thank you to facebook.

Even families separated by distance can feel the closeness this Christmas season. They can play one game and build camaraderie and friendship.

About the Author

Beverly

Reading is my passion. To create pictures from words is my dream. To be able to write and convey message, influence and move people is one of my fantasies. Avery effective writer at that. I also want to be an educator... not only in the four corners of a classroom but also beyond those enclosures. I want to be an educator... of life, love, languages and travel. I have already started the process of becoming one. I am studying to get a certificate for teaching to get a licensed and become a licensed educator. Let it be through internet or through a university. It will take me a year to complete my Professional Education. I have always been fascinated with languages and now is the right time to reach it. I aim to communicate at least 1 European language let it be Spanish, Italian or French. To be able to widen my horizons and reach out and understand articles and blogs beyond the English language. Besides reading and writing… travel… is another glory. Someday I will be able to blog about cities that captures the heart of many. I am also a fanatic of Greek Mythology and Inspirational Stories and Poem. One poem written by an 85 year old woman dying of cancer “If I have My Life to Live All Over Again” and a short story “The Story of Rose” are just two of my favorites.
