Skyrock.com is a community site or a social media site that the members are free to manage their web page and they can make a blog, exchange messages and add friends profile to other. The web site offer space for the members to create blog page showcase for their creativity in music compositions. On June 2008 Skyrock.com became rank number 7^th largest social network with 21 million visitors.

On December 2002 Skyblog.com was founded by Skyrock CEO Pierre Bellanger and began as a blogging website.

Skyrock.com was launched as a full-scale social media networking site on May 2007 and abandoned the Skyblog.com at the same time.

Skyrock is consistently ranks among the top 10 website in France (number 3), in Belgium (number 6) and in Switzerland (number 9).
