Netlog is a Belgian social networking or a community website formerly known as Facebox and Bingbox and the primary target of this website are European youth.In July 2003, the Netlog site was founded by Toon Coppens and Lorenz Bogaert. In the first quarter of 2009 the site had 42 million registered users around the world for 25 languages.

Netlog cater the services that the members can create their own web pages, publish or create their own music play list, post blogs, share photos and videos, extending their social media network and join the groups.

The site has localization technology on content for a certain geotargeted area and personalized to each member’s profile. This site enables a member to have local searches and overviews on a certain community, displaying only those profiles of the members certain region and age range. Site has also received two (2) prizes award for best customer service.

Netlog.com is available in different languages such as, Afrikaans, Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Lithuanian, Norwegian (Bokmål), Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish.
