Youtube is a sharing of videos website that the members or users can upload and can be viewed by non registered users or internet surfers. This was founded in 2005 by three (3) former Paypal employee; Chad Hurley, Steve Chen and Jawed Karim. November 2006, Youtube,LCC sale to Google Inc. in the amount of US$1.65 billion dollars and it is now running under Google. The company base is located in San Bruno, California, USA. Youtube is Adobe Flash Video generated technology to display the broad variety of uploaded videos and content generated by registered members.

In May 2005 six months prior to the official launching of in November 2005 the Youtube offered to the public a beta test. By July 2006 the Youtube company announced that the site were being uploaded more than 65,000 new videos every day and the website was receiving 100 million views a day.

Last Year June 2008, Forbes magazine release an article that projected the 2008 revenue US$200 million, noting progress in advertising sales.
