According to Google, its email service undergoes some difficulty from 10 to 15 minuets of downtime per month in 2008. They confirmed that Gmail their most popular e-mail service was became unavailable due to some problem what they describe as “a small subset of users”. Followed by a major temporary suspension of services at the end of February when its services was down for several hours. According to comScore it was the longest downtimes ever suffered by Google. Google assures that they were aware of the problem and they will deal to this problem as fast as possible
