After Arnel was discovered he was only invited to come to Europe and the rest was history. Arnel now is busy holding concerts with the Journey Band. Another music sensation in the Philippines is Ms Charise Pempengco who is now closely following the footsteps of Pineda. Charise’s idea was also different. She would make a singing competition video with her and other international singers. Few months later her videos on YouTube were already having tremendous page views reaching over a million. Charise is now traveling all over the globe to sing and duet with the world best. Their instant stardom to the music industry would not have been possible without YouTube. I know there are still many stories of successes recorded in YouTube and more stories to come as long as this video sharing site is still alive.

Success story over Facebook. The story of Brian Campbell over Facebook is also amazing. He is the internet marketer who has earned $10,000 in just 37 days. Brian now has over a thousand members in Facebook who wants to know how he he succeeded in this social media site. Facebook has millions of members worldwide which Campbell had seen as an opportunity to market marketable products and he did it. John Chow who earns $30,000 a month from blogging and who blog about Brian’s seemingly impossible goal was awarded by Brian the $10,000 he got from his 37-day study as his thanks of gratitude when he achieve his income goal. Now, there is a rumor that the Mormon Church is interested in buying Facebook. Maybe like Campbell, the Mormon Church has also seen the great opportunity over this social media site.

Friendships to many over Friendster. The existence of Friendster also resulted to the birth of many friendships and dating sites that develop in just so short a period of time. In many countries of the world you can see foreigners marry the locals because they knew each other over the internet, exchange ideas and develop into the feelings of the opposite sex. Gone were the days when it would take three months before your letter can be received by your Penpal abroad. The emailing system and other forms of online communication are now being used.
