The Five Pillars of Social Media Marketing

All kinds of social media marketing (SMM) follow standard rules and processes of Pillars of Social Media Marking.

1. Declaration of Identity. It is showing yourself, pertaining your whereabouts and place where your can be found so that your costumers can easily fine and make a contact with you base on your profile page in Social Media sites.

2. Identity through Association. It refers to your associate groups or companies where you can be found. Through this, the costumers themselves have a chance to associate with company you are associated with. Through the identity of your association the user and would be client can already make impressions. This is the best way of interaction.

3. User-initiated Conversation. It is the chance of the user to state and make known his ideas and question. In any social media sites even how advanced it is, questions really arises from users. So in this pillar it is the time to let them feel that their concerns are taken cared off by the person behind the social Media. This is what it means to say user initiated conversation. A user initiated a conversation concerning the Social media.

4. Provider-initiated conversation. If the user has the chance to ask question, the provider should also initiate the conversation by asking the client or user of the product what it hates, feels and love of the product that he is using. Responses from the user should not be demanded by the provider but requested so in a very respectful tone.

5. In-Person Interaction. Face to face interaction with the user is the best of all. In Ning Networks they organize functions and gathering. This is what it meant by In-person Interaction. There is no more valued conversation than having it done face to face. Go out group your users and organize conference, gathering to make such working relationship better.
